Contract Overview

NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The scope of the NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated information technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies that may emerge during the life cycle of the contract.

CIO-SP3 SB supports all regional and global IT requirements through best-in-class solutions and is available for use by all departments and agencies of the U.S. federal government. Small business subcontracting goals ensure extensive participation by all small business categories. CIO-SP3 SB is a 10-year IDIQ with a 15-year ordering period, and has  $20B ceiling.
